Gainesville - I took a flier on the last lap, and was trying to hold a small gap to the line. As I was caught a guy cut across in front of me in the sprint and completely turned my bars left. I tried to save it by pulling the bike right, but bumped Jake who was passing which sent me back the other way and Jake into the wall. I felt like a pinball. I guess I'm trying to say I was fighting to save it when I bumped Jake, not just overreacting. I didn't know anyone else went down as a result of that guy until I saw Jake's post.

I hope I can get in touch with Jake and talk things out somehow. Glad that we're both ok, but upset that his frame is toast.
